What's inside

Look back without keeping up

A week at a glance, a summary for each day, and a recap on Sundays. Nothing counts how many days in a row you managed.

A First Aid Kit for the hard days

Box breathing, 4-7-8, and the physiological sigh. Grounding, naming what you feel, small resets, and a deck of affirmations you can add your own lines to.

A journal, when a note isn't enough

Room to write properly, under its own drifting sky. Entries keep the weather you were in when you wrote them.

Locked to your device

Face ID if you want it, encrypted on disk, and kept out of iCloud and backups. There's no account to make, because there's nowhere to send anything.

Why I made it

Most mood apps ask for streaks and daily check-ins, and make you feel like you've failed when life gets in the way. That never helped me. It became one more thing to keep up with.

So I built the gentler app I wanted: miss a week and nothing breaks, log twice an hour and nothing judges. It's just you, noticing.

The quiet part

Your wellbeing isn't a business model.

£1.99, once

Bought once and yours to keep. No subscription, nothing to renew, nothing held back for a higher tier.

Only yours

Everything stays on your device, encrypted, out of iCloud and backups. No accounts, no trackers, nothing sent anywhere.

No streaks

Nothing to keep up. Miss a day and nothing breaks.

Check the weather inside.
