What it does
Log your inner weather
Pick the condition that fits, set how strong it feels, add a note if you want.
Look back gently
Logs group by day, with a weekly recap and a soft read of your weather lately. No streaks, no scores.
A First Aid Kit
Breathing, grounding, naming a feeling, writing it out, tiny resets, and affirmations.
A private journal
A quieter space to write more than a quick note, with its own drifting sky.
Yours alone
Face ID lock, optional Apple Health, up to three gentle reminders, quick logging from Siri.
Calm by design
Soft weather ambience, gentle haptics, six colour themes, and full Dark Mode.
Why I made it
Most mood apps ask you to keep streaks and come back every day or feel like you have failed. That never helped me. It just became one more thing to keep up with.
So I built Inner Forecast around a gentler idea: feelings move like weather. You do not need to fix the sky to notice it. You just look up, name it kindly, and carry on.
No subscription
No subscription, no ads, no account, no trackers, and no data selling. There is nothing to sign up for and no server collecting anything.
Your wellbeing should not sit behind a monthly fee. Inner Forecast is £1.99 and then it's yours, forever.
Private by design
Everything you log stays on your device, encrypted, and kept out of iCloud and backups. The app makes no network requests for its core features and uses no third party code.
Apple Health is optional and off by default. When on, the app only adds the check-ins you create and never reads your Health data.
